Shipping info
- Processing Time: All items are handcrafted on our homestead. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
- Domestic Only: We currently only ship within the United States.
- Free Shipping: All orders over $50 ship free!
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.
Returns AND Exchanges
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Please note that because we offer a mix of handcrafted small-batch goods and custom-printed items (apparel, hats, mugs), return eligibility depends entirely on the type of product ordered.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
- All eligible returns should be mailed to our studio at: 1134 SO Black Horse Pike, Suite 175, Blackwood, NJ 08012.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund for eligible handcrafted goods will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Because our branded apparel, hats, and accessories are custom-printed on demand specifically for you when an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
- Sizing: Please refer closely to the size charts provided in the product descriptions before finalizing your order.
- Damages or Printing Defects: If your custom merchandise arrives misprinted, physically damaged, or defective, we will gladly arrange a free replacement. Please contact us at SUPPORT@BARRENSTUDIOS.COM within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide clear photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the problem and arrange a replacement.
- If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo and your order number to SUPPORT@BARRENSTUDIOS.COM within 30 days so we can send a replacement.
Cancellations
We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or a shipping label has been created, we are unable to cancel the order.
